A new book by Oleksandr Korotko has been published in Poland, featuring both Polish and Ukrainian languages.
The project was carried out in collaboration with a Polish publishing house, with the active involvement of Professor Anna Bednarczyk, who expressed her deep gratitude for the excellent poetic partnership and highlighted the high quality of the translations.
As a result of this work, a landmark achievement has been reached: the new bilingual edition has already been distributed to one thousand libraries across Poland, expanding the readership and opening new horizons for Ukrainian poetry worldwide.
A special set of copies has been prepared for Oleksandr Korotko and sent to his confirmed address in Kyiv.
The book also includes an excerpt from Professor Anna Bednarczyk’s text, which has become an integral part of the publication’s design, emphasizing the significance of the literary dialogue between Ukraine and Poland.
The final stages of work on the translations are currently underway, after which the new poetic volume will be presented to a wide audience.
