In Alexander’s Korotko poems lyric can be philosophical, landscape, love – it holds a special place. As in the early poems, and written just yesterday, on Valentine’s day, emotionality, sensuality, sincerity and amazing novelty of poetic images cannot leave the reader indifferent.
The poet’s lyrics sounded on large and small stages, was included in books and collections for publications, it was translated and is translated now into different languages, songs and ballads were written on many texts. One of the early poems – “Moonlight Sonata” – inspired the artist Alexander Malinin to create a very beautiful melody a few decades ago.
