Master-class of Alexander Korotko at the Green Festival in Odessa

On August 16 the International Green Festival “Scarlet Sails” was opened in Odessa. It is an arts festival for adults, young and very young participants who have shown their talent in various fields – literary, musical, theatrical, stage, dance. Alexander Korotko was invited to this festival as an honored guest and on the first working festival day, on August 17, in the Literary Museum held a poetic master class. In the introductory part, the conversation was about German poetry on the example of Friedrich Hölderlin, Paul Celan and Rainer Maria Rilke and their influence on Russian poets, in particular Marina Tsvetaeva and Osip Mandelstam. The master class was traditionally continued with the analysis of the participants’ verses, and ended, at the request of the audience, with the verses of Alexander Korotko in the author’s performance.
