Nikolay Svidyuk. The well-known Ukrainian composer, in the nineties released an album of songs on verses by Alexander Korotko. One of the creative successes of the song “Parting is an occasion for a meeting” was recorded by Nikolay Svidyuk himself, and later it was included in his repertoire of Yuri Bogatikov. Not so long ago, accompanied by video material, the song in the composer’s performance acquired a new “face”. Both variants can be found on this site in the section Video-songs, also they are placed on playlist of Alexander Korotko on YouTube.
